Thanks for dragging the unwilling into something that turned out to be pretty fun, even if it did mean missing one of the coolest bike rides of the year. And thanks for continuing to encourage my wife and others to keep running. I know she appreciates it.
I am waay proud of you. Just getting out and doing is such a great accomplishment. I don't think the time matters, it's the doing that does. Way to go, champ!!!

I ran my 2nd 5k of the year (and my life). That's two more runs that I've done bike rides this season. What have you done to me?
